How to reach us

Write to support@aguvo.app. We answer in English and Russian.

You can also send a message straight from the app: Settings → Feedback. It goes to the same people and already carries the app version with it.

For questions about your data and privacy, write to privacy@aguvo.app.

What to include

The more precise the message, the faster we can help:

• what you did and what happened instead of what you expected;
• the iPhone model and the iOS version;
• the Aguvo version;
• if speech was recognised wrongly — what you said and what the app wrote down.

Please do not send children's health details or other sensitive information unless it is needed to describe the problem.
